Genesis Rodriguez
Genesis Rodriguez was born in Miami. She is the daughter Jose Luis El Puma' Rodriguez (the famous Venezuelan actor/singer) as well as Carolina Perez (a Cuban-model). She has two half-sisters. She attended the Carrolton School of the Sacred Heart. Since childhood, Rodriguez knew she wanted to perform and took summer classes at the renowned Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute as well as getting into other acting classes. Her career was quickly successful, and she won roles in Spanish language programs like Prisionera (2004) and Dame Chocolate (2007). She also was a part of the hit TV series "Entourage" (2004). Man on a Ledge (2012) was her first film. What to Expect when Your Expecting (2012) is her second. Daughter of Jose Luis 'El Puma' Rodriguez. Half-sister to Liliana Rodriguez, Lilibeth Morillo. She was mentioned on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson (2005) 9 January, 2013, episode, she was named Genesis in honor of the British rock group Genesis.
